Your Personal Care Plan
Oak Tree Mews’ Home Manager will make sure that all residents receive the kindest possible care. Our extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that your loved one requires. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.
Our Home
With two sitting rooms and a conservatory, there is a choice of areas in which to relax, dine and be creative, all furnished for comfort. The pretty garden, which is looked after by some of our residents, is a popular location for socialising with friends and family. Views of the garden and the delightful countryside beyond can be enjoyed from inside the home’s sunny conservatory. All comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair. Some rooms have garden views and en suite facilities
The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat, celebrate and plan special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul.
