Moreton-in-Marsh care home Residents enjoy baking and decorating cakes

The Residents of Oak Tree Mews care home, in Gloucestershire, had a fun afternoon making and decorating their own cakes for afternoon tea.

After making the cupcakes, which brought back memories of baking in their family homes, they decorated them with icing and a mixture of toppings to create a delicious sweet treat for the afternoon.

Residents were talking about the times they made cakes when they were children.

Home Manager, Jackie Law, commented, “It is really lovely to see our Residents having fun and gossiping whilst doing the things they enjoy the most.”
